Newintown.com was created because moving is stressful and the internet is at your fingertips. My wife and I moved seven times in ten years (twice with children). While my employer helped in these moves, we quickly learned my company’s primary focus was getting us there, and essentially leaving the rest up to us. For people moving on their own, finding helpful resources can be more difficult.

We want to link you to local businesses and service providers called 'Newintown Network Partners'. Over time, through our Newintown Network Partners, we will create a wealth of qualified resources for people who are, will or plan to live in a new town where partners conduct their business or service.

Our team works with businesses who have relocated or expanded into new areas by making their new presence known in the new towns in which they operate. For individuals and families that are new in town, our services provide qualified referrals and other resources to help them adjust to their new environment more effectively. We can work directly with you, and/or your employer if they provide you with relocation benefits. In short, our mission is to help new businesses ‘get-known’ while new families ‘get-to-know’ their new surroundings more quickly.

What Differentiates Us?

Testimonials and feedback. In order to become a Newintown Network Partner, businesses are required to provide valid testimonials from individuals who have used their goods or services in the recent past. Through feedback, these partners must remain in good standing. If we learn of, and validate, negative experiences with an existing or potential partner, they will not be part of the network.

Real Estate – Buyer Brokers

We are strong believers in the ‘buyer protection’ philosophy of a buyer broker. A buyer broker contracts with the buyer and therefore operates in the buyer’s interests. Much like the seller’s agent operates in the interests of the seller. An effective buyer broker agent levels the playing field because he/she is well versed on the local real estate market from a buyer’s perspective. Therefore, we want to build a network of buyer brokers in various regions across New England.

Mortgage Lending

We also know mortgage financing is important. A network of mortgage lenders is part of our Newintown Network Partner initiative.

Insurance

We also know insurance needs are a fundamental need for you and your family. So, we help you find the right insurance agent for your needs.

Food and Entertainment

Good food and entertainment establishments are part of our network build.

Contractors – Residential

Finding someone to install a new roof or to do some landscaping for you can be a daunting task. Our mission here is to provide contractors who return phone calls and do a great job.

Over time, we will expand the resources you can tap through our site. These resources will be qualified (again, via testimonials and feedback) and aligned with your needs to make your adjustment in your new surroundings a less stressful process.
